We lost author Anne Perry on Monday, April 10 when she died in Los Angeles at age 84. She had been a frequent guest at The Poisoned Pen, although, due to the pandemic, recent appearances had been virtual. She always hoped to get back for another in-person appearance.

Six months ago, Perry appeared to talk about her latest Elena Standish novel, A Truth to Lie For. There’s no better tribute than to share that appearance so fans can hear her talk about her books one last time. May she rest in peace.
