Greetings!

We’ve missed seeing you and are thrilled to be open again.
Our hours will be more limited to protect the more at-risk member of The Pen’s staff. We appreciate your understanding of this and of the protocols we will follow which are reasonably standard.
Scottsdale is under a mask mandate so that is a key requirement. We will likely be expanding these hours before too long.

HOURS:Mon-Fri 2:00 – 6:00 PM

Sat. 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

Sun.: 12:00- 5:00 PM Curbside pickup only!

Please come masked. Please do not come if you are feeling unwell but instead choose curbside pickup.

Please use hand sanitizer on arrival. Gloves are available.

Limited to SIX persons at a time. The Pen is not a large retail space. Please enter through the front door, not the side doors.

No public restroom

Cashless transactions preferred

Please be patient and considerate. If waiting for admittance there is shelter under the overhang

There are a number of big books coming up where demand may exceed supply. Please order early. Note that the Donna Leon National Book Launch requires the purchase of a copy of Transient Desires to receive the zoom invitation. This will be her first ever event at The Pen — super exciting.

Thank you as ever for your interest and support. Stay safe, stay well, and keep reading!.
