EVENTS
Our events are usually free to attend, although we do sometimes have special ticketed off-site signings.
BOOKS TO BE SIGNED
If you have a personal book or books you would like signed, our policy is that you must purchase the author’s new book from The Poisoned Pen (copies purchased elsewhere will not be allowed). In the case of many big bestselling authors, we only allow up to the three personal books signed – if the author is willing, which we cannot guarantee in every case.
Please understand that it is performed at your own risk, we are not liable for any books that are lost or damaged if sent to us to be signed.
And to that end, you must put your name inside every book, not just inside the box or a single book in a group. Books are often separated from each other in a signing situation.
If you ship them to us we must have your credit card number to charge the return shipping. There is no surcharge added.
RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns unless the book is damaged or defective If we have shipped a damaged book to you, please contact David Brooks for how to return your book.
